歸家，灰階、燕麥白沉靜鋪敘，石材的清冷與木質的溫潤在精準比例中相互收斂，金屬線條輕勾輪廓即止——所有的精緻皆藏於節制之後，不張揚、不堆砌，卻在每一寸留白間低聲釋放飯店般的從容底蘊，讓日常歸宅即是一場靜奢的沉浸。

業主期望屋中具「不隨波逐流的經典感」——既有精品飯店的精緻度，又能承載一家人真實生活的溫度。設計師以此為起點，提煉出「隱奢」作為全案主軸，透過灰階、燕麥白搭佐深色木質鋪陳沉穩基韻，局部植入石材及金屬線條勾勒俐落層次；機能面則順應家庭成員皆已成年的生活節奏，以樓層分層賦予各世代獨立空間，並於公領域保留開放流暢的社交動線，令共處和獨處自在切換，將內斂風骨融貫務實機能，形塑越久居、越耐看的品味之居。

Upon returning home, a composed palette of gray and oat-toned white appreciated the residents, expressed with quiet restraint. Balanced the coolness of stone with the warmth of wood, while slender metal lines define contours with precision. Carefully moderated every refinement—never ostentatious, never excessive. Within these measured expanses of negative space, a hotel-like composure emerges, turning the experience of coming home into one of understated luxury.

The homeowner envisioned a timeless residence, one that resists passing trends while embodying the refinement of a boutique hotel and the warmth of everyday family life. From this vision, the design develops “understated luxury” as its central narrative. A restrained base of grays and oat hues is enriched with deeper wood tones to create a grounded visual rhythm, while selectively introduced stone surfaces and metal details sharpen the spatial composition. The layout also responds thoughtfully to a multigenerational household of adults. Each floor serves as an independent living zone, while shared spaces remain open and fluid, supporting effortless movement between connection and privacy.
